Terms and Conditions

Liability Waiver
By signing up for an event at Design Consignment Gallery, you agree to indemnify us, the City, the venue, and all associated persons from any losses or damages resulting from negligence. You acknowledge the risks involved in event participation and waive any claims for damages or injuries.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Code of Conduct:
– Respect is essential. Disrespectful behavior toward organizers or fellow vendors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
– Please direct any complaints or issues to event staff, who will address them at their discretion.

2. Event Cancellation:
– Events may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other emergencies.

3. Refunds:
– No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Design Consignment Gallery.

4. Clean-Up:
– Vendors are responsible for cleaning their designated spaces and disposing of all waste.

5. Vendor Products:
– Vendors may only sell products listed on their sign-up application. Additional products may need to be removed.
