Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No Refunds. All items are sold “as is”.
All items that are brought to Design Consignment Gallery to be placed on consignment must arrive in clean, working condition. Items should be dust free, odor free, excellent condition with no damages at arrival to DCG showroom. If there is a need for cleaning or maintenance it will be at Consignors expense. For drop off and any pick up of items, Consignors must schedule a time to bring in or pick up. DCG reserves to right to turn away any items.
The Consignor will receive 50% of the final sale price less a 2% sales commission.
The Consignment Agreement is set for 90 days, if item(s) have not sold by then, DCG will reach out to the Consignor to discuss further options such as, extending the agreement, lowering the price, requesting the Consigner pick up their merchandise or releasing the item(s) to DCG. Such options are offered solely at the discretion of DCG.
Our pricing is based on research of merchandise, as well as its condition, brand, age, and demand. Estimated pricing is used as a guideline, all final pricing is determined by Design Consignment Gallery management.
DCG reserves the right to sell your merchandise in our store and on websites.
DCG has no responsibility once item(s) are purchased to assist in loading or moving pieces. Once items bought, the purchaser is now responsible for the item(s) and DCG is no longer responsible if item(s) are damaged in the move or during loading of item(s). DCG does not provide moving materials such as blankets, twine, rope, or padding.
