You found something you love. The next question is simple: how do you get it home, placed, or ready for your shipper without the back-and-forth? We work with our preferred white-glove delivery and logistics partner, MSJ, so you can choose one of the three paths below and keep the handoff clean.

Pickup

After an in-store purchase, we can stage your item by our back warehouse bay for pickup.

Included with in-store purchases at list price.

Local Placement

Our white-glove delivery partner can deliver and place the piece in your home per the quoted service. Delivery is quoted and collected with your purchase, then your delivery partner calls to schedule.

Qualifying DCG purchases may receive showroom-arranged rates. Direct bookings may be priced differently.

Prep for Your Shipper

Our logistics partner may be hired to collect from our showroom, prep for pickup (wrapping, padding, palletizing, or crating), and stage at their warehouse for your shipper’s pickup.

Service note: DCG coordinates the floor handoff only. Our delivery/logistics partner may be hired for local transport, handling, and warehouse prep/staging for freight pickup. You are responsible for selecting, arranging, paying for, and insuring any freight or shipping service from the partner’s warehouse onward.
