Terms and Conditions

Liability Waiver:
By signing up for an event at Design Consignment Gallery, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify us, the City, the venue, and all associated persons from any losses, liability, or damages resulting from negligent acts or omissions. You also acknowledge and assume all risks associated with event participation, waiving and releasing any claims for damages or injuries.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Code of Conduct:
– Respect is paramount. Disrespectful behavior towards organizers or fellow vendors will not be tolerated. Any such behavior may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future events.
– Complaints or issues should be brought to the attention of event staff and will be addressed at their discretion.

2. Event Cancellation:
– Events may be subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.

3. Refunds:
– No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by Design Consignment Gallery.

4. Clean-Up:
– Vendors are responsible for cleaning their agreed upon spaces and disposing of all trash and materials.

5. Vendor-Product:
– Vendors may only sell products listed on their sign-up application. Additional products may need to be removed.
